Chalet Le Benjamin 4BDR - Pool - Jacuzzi

We booked this place as it was pet friendly for a fee. We were only at the place for approximately 10 minutes and our dog got into Rat poison that was left on the floor in the bathroom.We had to call poison control to see what was needed to save our little guy costing us 150 out of pocket.I discussed this with Stanzia and they offered to pay the 150. I never did receive the refund and have messaged a couple times with no response.For a kid and pet friendly place this is not acceptable this could have ended very bad for him.Or even worse could have been our 7 month old baby that could have gotten into it.

Super belle place, privée et spacieuse. Bel espace relaxant et parfait pour se rassembler autour d’un beau feu de foyer. Cour clôturée. Accès à l’autobus de ville à quelques pas. Nous recommandons fortement.
